At around 6 months, it’s time to introduce your little one to solids! Remember, though; a child’s tummy may be 5x smaller than an adult’s, but your little one needs 5x more nutrients such as vitamin A, D and iron, so it’s important to provide solid food that is balanced and nutritionally complete!

Preparation:
1) Wash and dry your hands.
2) Only use clean utensils.
3) Boil drinking water for 5 minutes & allow to cool.
4) Pour water into a clean bowl
5) Add the recommended quantity of Cerelac.
6) Stir until the cereal is smooth.
7) After preparation feed the product immediately using a clean spoon
8) Discard unused feed
Storage:
- Seal in an air-tight container after each use
- Store it in a cool and dry place, before and after opening
- For freshness, use content within 3 weeks after opening"
