Missing or Damaged Items
Once you receive your order, please check all items carefully.
If there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect items, kindly notify us within 3 working days of receiving your parcel.
You may contact our customer service team with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any refund, return, or exchange requests after 3 working days from the date the order is received.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for most products once they have been purchased.
Please ensure that you select the correct product, size, and color before confirming your order.
Exceptions
We will gladly assist with an exchange or replacement if:
- The item is anย electrical product found to be defective, or
- The item isย covered under official warranty.

Clearance & Promotional Items
All clearance and promotional items are sold as-is and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Items with a 30% discount or more are considered clearance items.
Please select the correct size, color, and variant carefully before checkout, and check the product details and expiry date before completing your order.
