Description

A tomato soup paste made from real tomatoes, which Zoey's describes as having a rich tomato flavour with a balanced sweet and sour taste. Also works as a steamboat soup base.

Ingredients

Tomato, Tomato Paste, Palm Oil, Yeast Extract, Natural Chicken Stock, Anchovy, Dried Squid, Vinegar, Vinegar Powder, Pepper, Sugar, Salt.

This is a concentrated seasoning paste intended to be diluted before serving, not eaten as it comes. It contains fish (anchovy) and dried squid.

How to cook — Zoey's own instructions

Add 200g of tomato soup paste to 1 litre of water and bring to the boil as a steamboat soup base.

Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep chilled and use within 2 months.
