1. What’s HappiParents Squad about?
HappiParents Squad is a community of parent heroes and passionate creatives from all backgrounds and audience sizes, dedicated to share the Happikiddo movement, champion the brand and empower parenthood. As a member of the Happiparents Squad, you are a partner of Happikiddo and will team up with us to:

• Review products and create engaging content
• Generate awareness about Happikiddo
• Share parenting knowledge and tips
• Attend Happikiddo events from time to time
• Participate in Happikiddo campaigns by promoting and sharing our promotions, giveaways, contests, launches and events

2. What are the perks and benefits I will get as part of the HappiParents Squad?

As a member of the HappiParents Squad, you will receive:

• Free products to choose, bid and review every month
• Cash vouchers to shop for your favourite products in Happikiddo
• Exclusive discount to share with your friends and family
• Exclusive rewards for your purchases and sharing

3. What are the requirements to be in the HappiParents Squad?
To be a member of the HappiParents Squad, you will need to fulfil the following criteria:

• You or your spouse is currently pregnant, or you are a mum or dad of children aged 0-3 years
• You love Happikiddo and are excited to spread the word about what we do
• You already are, or want to become, a role model for other parents
• You’d love to be the “face” and “voice” of Happikiddo
• You feel completely at ease filming creating content or have someone else film you
• You’re excited about empowering parents through knowledge and experience sharing
• You're active on social media and your profile is public
• You are residing in Malaysia

4. How long will I be part of the Happiparents Squad?
The Happiparents Squad partnership will last 12 months. New HappiparentS Squad members will be selected and enrolled into the programme from time to time throughout the year.

5. Does it matter how many followers I have?
Not at all! We champion individuality and celebrate personal style. We value unique, unfiltered, genuinely kind content creators, no matter the number of followers they have.

6. What type of creator is Happiparents Squad looking for?
We are looking for passionate creators who have an active social media account (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Xiaohongshu) and an engaged community of followers. A passion for parenting and Happikiddo is a plus! We welcome budding content creators of all races and abilities to apply to be a part of the Happiparents Squad.

7. Can I accept endorsements from other companies or brands as a member of the Happiparent Squad?
Yes, you can. However, please note that this programme runs on the basis of dedication and passion. Your rewards will commensurate according to your commitment in Happikiddo and consistency in sharing.

8. What do I need to fill out my application?
You’ll need a nice high-resolution headshot photo (no larger than 5MB, and a JPEG, JPG, PNG, or HEIC file type) and links to your active social media account(s). Complete your application by creating a creative content on Happikiddo. The sky is your limit; the content can range from anything beneficial and relevant to parents AND Happikiddo, such as product tutorial, parenting tips and hacks, store review, trending skit etc - we leave it to you. Feel free to dub it in your most preferred language - just be yourself!

9. What happens after I submit my application?
All official communications in regards to Happiparents Squad will come directly from Happikiddo's official social media (@happikiddo_ for Instagram / @happikiddo for Facebook).

10. How will the headshot I submit with my application be used?
The headshot you submit with your application will be used for custom social media templates. Additionally, if you are selected as a Squad member, your headshot could be used on Happikiddo's social channels and marketing visuals. If you have any trouble uploading your headshot, please DM us on Instagram.

11. When will I find out if I have made it into the Happiparents Squad?
We will be in touch with you if you are shortlisted for the Squad, approximately 1-2 weeks from the date of application.

12. How will my performance as a Happiparents Squad be measured?
The more you love Happikiddo, the more we will love you back! If you are exceeding expectations and going above and beyond your role as a Happiparents Squad member, we would be happy to extend the partnership and provide you with additional products and rewards as a thank you for all your hard work.

Having said that, Happikiddo also reserves the right to withdraw members of the Happiparents Squad from the partnership anytime, in the event the member is inactive and/or program's terms and conditions are not abided.
