Ingredients

Miso, Bonito Flake, Natural Chicken Stock, Anchovy, Squid, Yeast Extract, Vinegar Powder, Soy Sauce, Pepper, Sugar, Salt.

This is a concentrated seasoning paste intended to be diluted before serving, not eaten as it comes. It contains fish (bonito, anchovy), squid and soy.

How to cook — Zoey's own instructions

Add 100g of miso soup paste to 500ml of water and bring to the boil.
Add your favourite ingredients and serve with noodles, or use as a steamboat base.
