Description

Ecomom SanGol's rice puff — tteokppeong, the Korean puffed-rice stick — in the apple recipe. Made from organic Korean rice with rice-embryo powder and apple extract, puffed rather than fried, so it is light, not sticky, and dissolves easily in the mouth. The stick is made long enough (about 9.5–10 cm) for a small child to hold on their own.
