Rooted in responsibility
Ethically crafted
Our boundary-pushing design has the lowest environmental footprint in our lineup to date. It’s built to last with durable bio-based material and recycled aluminium. This has reduced its CO2 footprint by 37% compared to the original Bugaboo Butterfly model, while still maintaining the same high quality.
Minimizing our impact
The stroller, including its packaging, has a CO2(e) impact of 53 kg (117 lbs). This is the same as driving a gasoline-powered car for 265 km (165 miles). We’re committed to pushing down the footprint of all our products by 47% by 2026.
Designed to go the distance
We’ve tested the Bugaboo Butterfly 2 beyond industry standards. It can stroll at least 4,000 km (2,485 miles) without significant wear and tear — that’s the distance from Toronto to Los Angeles. The stroller also has a modular design, so it’s easy to repair and replace parts, if ever needed.
