Description

Udo's 3•6•9 Oil Blend is an edible cold-pressed seed oil blend — a food supplement for the whole family, not a skincare product. The pack is labelled “Blended Edible Vegetable Oil”. You drizzle it over food; you do not cook with it.

How to Use

Drizzle on salad or mix through food. Do not heat or cook with it — heat destroys the fatty acids it is bought for.

Udo's Choice publishes servings by age on its UK site: under 3 years — 1 teaspoon every 2 days; ages 3–8 — 1 teaspoon daily; ages 8–12 — 1 tablespoon daily; ages 12+ — 1–2 tablespoons daily. The adult guide is 1 tablespoon or more a day with meals, up to 1 tablespoon per 50 lb of body weight.

Ingredients

Flaxseed oil*, sunflower seed oil*, sesame seed oil*, virgin coconut oil*, evening primrose seed oil*, emulsifier (soy lecithin*), rice bran oil*, oat bran oil*, antioxidant (mixed tocopherols). *Organic

Allergens: contains soy (soy lecithin) and oat. The label states the facility also processes wheat.
