Momcozy's U Shaped Cooling Fabric Pregnancy Pillow is a 57-inch full-body pillow shaped as a hybrid of the U and the C, so both sides are supported at once. Head, back, belly, hips and knees are all held in one piece, which means you stop rebuilding a wall of loose cushions every time you turn over — and side sleeping, which ACOG recommends through pregnancy, stops being the position you keep sliding out of.
The cover is the difference. It is a cooling knit rated Qmax 0.29, so it pulls heat away from the skin on contact rather than trapping it — the thing most full-body pillows get wrong in a Malaysian bedroom. Independent zips on both the outer cover and the inner lining let you take filling out or push it around, so the height can be set to your own shoulder width instead of an average one.

Care
- Allow 48–72 hours out of the box for the filling to loft fully before judging the height.
- The cover is removable and machine washable — wash the cover, not the pillow.
- Spot clean the inner body only; air it in the shade rather than in direct sun.
