Description

A short-sleeved smart shirt for older boys from Maison Q's Chinese New Year 2026 collection, with sewn-on buttons down the front, a pocket on the left chest and a curved hem. Unlike the label's shirts for younger children, it is single-sided and not reversible.

The print

A Straits Tale Toile is a toile-style scene of life along the Straits waterways: bridges, sampans, shophouses and pagodas, with the panda, phoenix, crane and tortoise and Singapore's orchids.

Care

Gentle machine wash on cold, with like colours, in a laundry bag.
Do not soak. No clothes dryer.
Iron on medium heat, not over brand labels or snap buttons. On reversible pieces, iron towards the centre and away from the hemline so the two layers do not gather at the hem.
Go easy on the detergent: too much can affect the durability and colour of cotton over time.
