Description

A short-sleeved baby boy onesie cut like a romper with shorts, with a low Mandarin collar. Snap buttons run three-quarters of the way down the front and across the bottom for quick nappy changes. It is reversible and comes from Maison Q's Chinese New Year 2026 collection: one side is Straits Tale, the other The Great Race.

The prints

A Straits Tale Toile is a toile-style scene of life along the Straits waterways: bridges, sampans, shophouses and pagodas, with the panda, phoenix, crane and tortoise and Singapore's orchids. The Great Race retells how the twelve zodiac animals earned their places in the Chinese calendar, set along a riverbank.

Care

Gentle machine wash on cold, with like colours, in a laundry bag.
Do not soak. No clothes dryer.
Iron on medium heat, not over brand labels or snap buttons. On reversible pieces, iron towards the centre and away from the hemline so the two layers do not gather at the hem.
Go easy on the detergent: too much can affect the durability and colour of cotton over time.
