Description

How to Use

Aromatherapy — a few drops in a diffuser, burner or vaporiser
Steam inhalation — a few drops in a bowl of hot water (adults only, eyes closed, keep children away from the bowl)
Massage — dilute in a carrier oil and massage into tired muscles

Eucalyptus oil is not suitable for children under 2 years. It is high in 1,8-cineole, which irritates mucous membranes and can slow breathing in very young children.
