How to use

Completely cooked and ready to serve. Just add liquid.

Pour or spoon out ¼ cup of cereal into a bowl.
Stir in ¼ cup of milk (recommended) or water. Stir in more liquid if desired.
Serve as is, or warm in the microwave.
Always test the temperature before feeding. Discard any unfed cereal.

Microwave guidelines: warm unheated liquid at MEDIUM (50% power) for 15 to 30 seconds. Mix the heated liquid with the cereal and stir to even out the temperature. Test the temperature before feeding.

Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 30 days after opening.

Whole wheat flour, whole grain oat flour, sugar, oat flour, rice flour, banana flakes, strawberry flavored bits (cornstarch, strawberry puree, strawberry juice concentrate), dried apples, whole grain rye flour, pearled barley flour, red beet juice powder (color), natural apple flavor.

Vitamins and minerals: calcium carbonate, potassium phosphate, magnesium oxide, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), iron (electrolytic), zinc sulfate, vitamin E (alpha tocopheryl acetate), niacinamide, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3, vitamin B1 (thiamin mononitrate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12, folic acid.
