Description

A relaxed-fit blouse featuring elbow-length puffed sleeves with cuffed ends. The cuffs can be adjusted for a snugger fit using buttons.

From the Mandarin collar's centre, a printed piping flows in a graceful wave across the chest, adorned with three white buttons delicately sewn along its path. A quality invisible zipper runs down the back. It looks good tucked into jeans, pants or Maison Q's matching shorts (sold separately). This is a single-sided piece and is not reversible.

A Straits Tale Toile is a whimsical ode to the Straits, imagined through a tapestry of heritage and symbolism. Designed in a classic toile style, it depicts scenes of life along the waterways: bridges arching gracefully over rivers, sampans gliding across calm waters, and rows of shophouses and pagodas. Animals much loved in Chinese culture appear throughout, each carrying its own auspicious meaning — the panda for peace and friendship, the phoenix for renewal and grace, the crane for longevity, and the tortoise for wisdom and endurance. Orchids, Singapore's national flower, bloom across the print.
