RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Happikiddo does not provide any cash refund or goods return for any online purchases except in cases where goods are damaged during transportation or due to faulty manufacturing. Customer must notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days from date of receipts. Please quote your order number, name and address, details/photos of the product and the reason for return in the email. All returned goods are subject to final approval by our Customer Service team.
Damaged or faulty product(s) must be sent back to us within 7 days from the date of receipts in its/their original packaging. Return items without proper packaging, used or in unpresentable condition will not be accepted. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that any postage incurred when returning the product(s) to us will not be reimbursed or refunded. We will either replace the broken parts, replace a new, similar product or a product of similar nature/function and value.
Happikiddo assumes that customer is satisfied with their product(s) if we do not hear from you within 7 days of receiving your products.
EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders which have been processed and delivered cannot be exchanged or cancelled. Cancellations are only accepted for out-of-stock products.
